The system is available for the fitters and customers 24 hours a day. This means that jobs can be booked and even carried out at any time by the Network member. The customer can also interrogate the system at any time to see up to the minute information on spend and brand penetration as well as change the authorisation rules. All tyre replacement jobs are held in the system to view at any time in the future at the click of a button.
The FTN system is designed to enable the customer to dictate the precise nature of the fitter network either collectively or on a customer by customer basis.
